BURTON Albion Community Trust (BACT) are pleased to announce that several key organisations and businesses from across East Staffordshire are continuing to be a part of the Friends of Community scheme.

The first cohort of organisations to sign up to this year’s Friends of the Community year are Midland Fire Security Services Ltd, ADS Accountancy Ld, Uttoxeter racecourse, Trent and Dove Housing and Infinity IT Solutions.

Over the coming weeks BACT will be announcing further organisations and partners that have signed pledged their commitment to helping BACT make a difference in our local communities.

The Friends of Community scheme is for companies and organisations looking to help BACT’s vision of “Making a difference to our communities through the power of sport and brand of Burton Albion Football Club”.

Companies who sign up to one of the Friends of Community packages, receive yearly benefits from working closely with BACT, as well as supporting their companies Corporate Social Responsibility.

BACT absolutely delighted to have Midland Fire Security Services Ltd, ADS Accountancy Ltd, Uttoxeter racecourse, Trent and Dove Housing and Infinity IT Solutions all signed up for this year.

Midland Fire Security Serviced Ltd (MFSS) will provide adequate fire safety measures at all of BACT’s local facilities for a second year.

Luke Sillito, Director at MFSS, said: “Being based in Burton on Trent, we’re proud to support an organisation that are so influential in the local area and that benefits so many families.” 

ADS Accountancy Ltd will be the proud sponsors of BACT’S Player Development programme. This programme runs in various communities throughout East Staffordshire and provides opportunities for a wide range of people to get involved in football sessions.

Steve Sharp of ADS Accountancy Ltd, said: “We are very pleased to be associated with Burton Albion Community Trust and to be supporting all the great work they do in the communities of East Staffordshire.

“We have been involved in the Friends of the Community scheme now for a couple of years and it’s a great way for us to support a real community organisation. The decision to be involved this year was an easy one.”

BACT’s IT will this year be powered by Infinity IT Solutions. The Uttoxeter based firm will provide support and maintenance to the community trust across our sites and facilities.
