Our enthusiastic staff are available to provide employability support for all individuals who maybe furthest away from the labour market, either seeking help to move into work or would like to enhance their skills through relevant training. As part of the Evolve Partnership, we provide;

  • Remote Support to help increase networks of support or engage with individuals who have limited access to transport, IT devices or are isolated.

  • Building confidence and social skills so a more active lifestyle linked to employability can be maintained moving closer towards opportunities.

  • Career advice that helps promotes motivation with job searching, assisting on-line application forms, enhancing CV documentations/Cover Letters and guidance signposting towards local employers and training providers.

  • Transition back into employment through developing interview techniques, feedback regarding personal development and in work support once achieved.

The National Lottery Community Fund is the largest community funder in the UK – we’re proud to award money raised by National Lottery players to communities across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Since June 2004, we have made over 200,000 grants and awarded over £9 billion to projects that have benefited millions of people. We’re privileged to be able to work with the smallest of local groups right up to UK-wide charities, enabling people and communities to bring their ambitions to life.

We Cover Burton on Trent & East Staffordshire.
