DAINS Accountants is the latest company to confirm the continuation of its support for Burton Albion Community Trust.

The trust has key partnerships with a strong core of local organisations that share the charity’s values and aims and Dains has now committed to further support as a Friend of the Community.

The Friends of Community scheme is for companies and organisations looking to help BACT’s vision of “Making a difference to our communities through the power of sport and brand of Burton Albion Football Club”.

Companies who sign up to one of the Friends of Community packages, receive yearly benefits from working closely with BACT, as well as supporting their companies’ Corporate Social Responsibility.

Matt Hancock, BACT’s Head of Community, said: “Our Friends of Community buy into what we are trying to achieve and support our aims and ambitions.

“Like us they want to make an impact in the community and know that by partnering with BACT they can make a difference.

“Dains is a company that has been a long-standing partner at BACT and understands that after the impact the pandemic has had there will be an even greater need for our services going forward so we are delighted that they are continuing to work with us.”

Dains’ Burton offices are in Centrum 100, but the firm has bases across the Midlands and works equally well with small companies ambitious for growth, as well as multinational clients.  Dains takes time to understand what makes businesses tick and knows what they need to achieve and works with them to realise their ambitions.

John Southwell, Partner at Dains, said: “We are delighted to be once again partnering with BACT and the work they do for the local community.  The last nine months has been an incredibly difficult time for many people and sport has been an enormous help for their wellbeing.  As a company, Dains is committed to supporting their services more than ever.”
