BURTON Albion Community Trust (BACT) are delighted to launch a multi sports offer for children aged 5-12 years old this summer. The courses will run at the Burton Albion Community Football Centre starting on Monday 20th July.
The programme provides boys and girls the chance to take part in a variety of sports from football, cricket, athletics and much more.
Scott Taylor, Football Development Manager, said: “We are pleased to be able to ensure that we have a summer programme which offers variety and an opportunity for participants to enjoy physical activity in a safe and fun environment.
“BACT have worked extremely hard over the last few weeks to guarantee that our facilities have the correct measures in place following government and FA guidance.”
Throughout the programme there will be opportunities for the children to take part in skills challenges, competitions, win prizes and much more.
All sessions will be delivered by fully qualified BACT coaches and will adhere to the social distancing measures that have been put in place, including bubbles of a maximum of 15 children throughout each stage of delivery.
The summer programme is an advanced booking only with limited spaces available. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays will provide a full day option from 9.30am-3.30pm costing just £15.
Fridays are a half day option from 9.30am-12.30pm, costing just £10.
